Akoranga

Akoranga is the southernmost station, located on the eastern side of the motorway on reclaimed land immediately north of Esmonde Road Interchange and adjacent to Hillcrest Creek.

Pedestrians and cyclists from AUT University Akoranga Campus can get to the station via a new glass-walled footbridge.

The busy Barry’s Point Road and Fred Thomas Drive areas, Northcote central, the AUT campus, and local schools including St Joseph’s School, Rosmini College and Hato Petera College are well catered for by this station

Along with Smales Farm, Akoranga will provide a high level of service to southern and western areas of North Shore City.
